they're well coached its pretty obvious they still have a good record this year too, also had lowry n now i do see siakim is an elite player too. his motor is n athleticism is near giannis lvl, this same team w/o james might not even match tor record

With AD, and the rest of this roster even with Dudz on it .... better than we did last year. Same problems with those players' availability issues this year as last year. One superstar with decent team around him better than kids with tons of potential but no winning/closing experience and trouble staying on the floor themselves. I think anyway.

im not saying we didnt need AD but them losing wasnt purely on those 3 guys being hurt, mcgee got sick n wasnt as effective when he came back, kuz got hurt, we had no depth besides those youths, magic traded for scrubs. Sure this team could do better than last yr w/o james but theyd be a fringe playoff team themselves

Of course McGee with his "cold" ;) and Kuz too. And the FO moves shipping useful players out for whatever reasons. Wasn't laying it all on BI, Lonzo and Hart.

My thoughts are that Vogel will likely give KCP a shot. It would be interesting to see if AB is as productive coming off of the bench. Sometimes a guy just steps up his game when playing with the other starters... I wish KCP all the best because we need him to step up.

As enjoyable as this new version of KCP has been, once Bradley is 100% I would like him in the starting 5. It seems to me that we have enough offense and could use more D against other team's starters. Offensively potent benches also seem to do better than defensive ones. It remains to be seen if KCP can retain his newfound productivity as a bench player but I don't expect him to maintain the current level of play anyway. Hopefully he doesn't suffer a serious breakdown once he's relegated to the bench again. He can still be very useful as a 6th man. My biggest concrn is his mental state and how it impacts his play (it seems to play a big role in his case) if he feels misused or anything.

Well if he were to lose focus because he's relegated to the bench again then Dwight needs to step up again for the team and slap some sense into his head. Look at the adjustment Dwight has made.

    Dump Rondo's defense instead

It would be a big advantage if AB could play off the bench next to Rondo and make up for some of his defensive liability. KCP is riding a hot streak with the starters, so I would be inclined to not rock that boat.

reinstall bradley. defense is more important. send the message. i get that you might lose kcp in the process, but i don't trust him. i think he's mentally weak and we need to find a way to move him for someone who isn't.

Bradley should get the nod. He's our best perimeter defender and he and Danny Green are a terrific backcourt. KCP doesn't need to start to be effective.

Not with what we have seen this year. KCP has been dreadful coming off the bench.

Do you put that on the fact that he wasn't starting or the fact that he just straight out sucked?

I hope its because he straightened out. But it may be playing with the stars that make him better. We will see
