iirc, he struck me as a "hater" of sorts. but maybe it was kobe/lakers specific.

unless you didn't grow up idolizing the franchise, I think everyone grows up a Laker hater. it's part of the process. we've brought in a lot of "haters" or "talkers" in the day, and most have stayed and become family almost.

Metta, Barnes, Dudley. Going up against Kobe, you know they jawed back and forth. But now, it's all love. This franchise mostly treats players with respect, and it's reciprocated and that's how we continually draw the big names.

He was actually talking about Melo. As for the Kobe comments, it's not anything that hasn't been said before by others. He was simply stating that Kobe at that age should have played more of a facilitator role than someone looking to drop 30 on you. It's a fair argument and not necessarily an insult.

Is Jamal Crawford worse than KCP, i doubt it.

I'd take Crawford every single day over KCP. Not even close. He does one thing and he does it well - score off the bench. KCP has not shown he can do anything well.

J.R. Smith at this point is better than Jamal so I'd take many other players over Jamal. Honestly, we're winning games and KCP will have a new role once Rondo comes back. In the latter half of last season, he actually played quite well. It's still way early into the season to talk about replacements. If KCP is the only negative talking point we have thus far, I'd say we are in a great position.

kcp needs some time on the bench. maybe an injury later opens a spot for him and he surprises us by filling in admirably. but that's the only way we should see him. he got 10 games to not suck, and he pretty much uniformly sucked. give others a chance.

    Don't count on it.

As Dudley said Wednesday, he isn’t built to handle an 82-game workload anymore. “Body’s a little achy, but good thing AD will be back on Friday,” he joked postgame.

Caruso is trending as the Av replacement, cause his defense was right there with Av's.

Agreed. He's always in the right place defensively. Never had a ton of talent on that side but just very sound and is a great communicator too on that defensive end.
