houston, particularly after green went down. i think they have been interested in him in the past, too. question is what we'd want. if iggy told them he wasn't interested, maybe some sort of three-way could be struck?
Yeah fans are a bit too harsh on dude. If he can be a deterrent on defense (instead of offense) then I think he’ll definitely help us out this year. Green has made a deep run in the postseason and doesn’t avg heavy minutes on the regular (26mpg), so we shouldn’t lose a step on perimeter D between the two...IF KCBean focuses on that side of the ball this year.
oh, i'm not a kcp fan or anything, but he's not as useless as people say. and i think his spot in the rotation is appropriate--20-25mpg backup at each wing spot.
I don't know. I think the drop off on defense between Green and KCP is dramatic. KCP shoots passing lanes and gets burned. All. The. Time. If KCP is getting 20-25 minutes a game, things aren't going well or there are major injuries.
Round 2 Melo is better. JR is better. Crawford is better. Shumpert is better. Iso Joe is better. Jonathon Simmons is better (and had success with Vogel).
Hot garbage... WTF did he play so many minutes? Like for real...I'm already hating Vogel because of this.
The guy had a rough time guarding DD from the Spurs last season, and you actually think he has a chance against Kawhi? Yes, Pope isn't a very good basketball player, but he wasn't put in a position to succeed last night.
Garbage. It's to the point now that I truly resent seeing him on the court. I hope he does something, anything to change my mind about him but I just can't stand him. He's worthless.
I wasn't expecting him to do anything to slow down KL, but if it's a given you're going to contribute absolutely nothing on one end of the floor, you better give SOMETHING on offense. 3 boards, 3 dimes, and 5 fouls ain't it. He couldn't even in bound the damn ball
