This really is ridiculous. Are we ever going to have a season that we are healthy again? I’m so tired of this.

    Its long overdue

As a Lebron fan who lives in LA, I would always see the Lakers deal with injuries for most of this freaking decade. I bet I issed tons of smaller injuries too

We literally cannot catch a break can we?

First Cousins, now Kuzma - who's next?

And what's our rotation at the 3 spot right now without Kuzma? LeBron, DUDLEY, KCP? jesus f***ing christ - I can't believe I'm going to say this but...bring on Melo

Oh yeah no question - at THAT point - you have to seriously consider it. Melo would have to accept a bench role but he'd have an opportunity for real minutes if Kuzma went down

We will. The moment we fire the dumass trainer to the stars and hire competent people. Much like with FO.

^can you really blame a stress fracture while on USA team duty on the Lakers medical staff? also, didn't the Lakers just bring back Judy Seto, a move that was lauded by all?

    This!

How dare the med staff take a precautionary route with the players' career longevity in mind? Also, something to keep in mind...rushing back from a stress fracture/reaction can only compound the situation...you dont want to open up that bag of worms. Depending on the severity, it could be 8 weeks plus. Kuz is arguably our 3rd best player, so no need to potentially lose him for longer and have him exposed to a set back by rushing him back. Take your time and come back right...

Plus I hear we super deep yo, so next man up to protect our superstar frontline from the rigamarole of the regular season. Oh s***, its just Dudz and Giannis's brother. Well at least all that 3 point shooting will hold us down.

Zen was right about one thing tho...Luke was terrible as HC and I don't see Vogel precipitating the problem by having Bron/AD play more small ball with Kuz out.

Meanwhile, with this Kuz news, live look at Melo/Iggy...

And for those wondering, Green for Iggy straight up on Dec. 15th works. However, if we intend to spare Green and its a package centered around Kcp and if the no-trade clause is waived, only combining him with AvBrad (5th largest salary on team) will make the salary work. For example, a trade package of Kcp/McGee (4th and 6th largest salaries on the team and both have to consent on the trade) for Iggy doesn't have enough outgoing salary to make the deal legal.

    Would you guys do:

Kuzma, Green (I would love to keep him, but salary needed for this deal), Boogie, and Rondo for Dlo

I would only if we can get a good wing defender, such as Iggy

    Dlo, KCP, Lebron, AD, Mcgee
    Caruso, Avery, Iggy, Dudley, Dwight

Maybe sign Melo? Maybe start Iggy instead of KCP?
