Im sure that Bron and AD had to be ok with it. He pulls a minor stunt, he gone.

I am so glad he is back. He will prove all doubters wrong.

I just ordered his jersey. I can't wait until he sets a bone crushing screen for Rondo, rolls to the hoop, and smashes 1 down.

Just an amazing physical specimen that has been misunderstood his whole career.

He can still rebound at an elite level. His rim protection is not nearly as good as before but still above average. IF....He buys into his role, he will be a great pick up. Its mental with him.

Low risk high reward. If he’s a personality cancer, it won’t affect our vet locker room. He’ll be out quick. If he’s humble, we have a great 15-20mpg big. We’ll have an elite rim protector (often 2 at once) at all times.

You're using that psych stuff on us aren't you? I so hope you're right. At least he's still pretty coordinated even if he's not a physical beast any more. Maybe he works really really really hard this off season in his last go round that he knows it is .... and gets more of that bounce back. Lay off the sweets ... all that has to be good for 10% physical improvement this year. Totally from the hip.

I think Howard could still play some good ball. Problem has always been his 12 year old mentality. If, and a big if it is, he shows up as an adult he could be the comeback player of the year and we take it all. He messes up they kick his a$$ out of camp and we all have comic material for the next decade. Win win.

This is the first time he has not got big money . His pay went from 23.4 to 2. 6 mil

Sometimes a 90% decrease in pay is what speaks to people. He's never made this little in his career even as a rook. No one anywhere gives a sh!t about him. Including here. The only risk is he wastes our time and Noah/Faried get signed elsewhere.

Dwight was one of my favorite non Lakers, then we got him and under Kobe's regime, Dwight the clown coward a****** was fully exposed. And it's gotten worse everywhere he's been since.

Noah would have been a much better option. f*** you Kidd for this. Another reason to hate that scum bucket.

Hopefully he plays nice. I'm glad he met with the guys and they signed off on this for now. Bron, Rondo, AD, McGee, Dudley, and Hollins definitely have their work cut out for them. Will Rob give them a pay increase for babysitting?

Dwight: "Please!!!!!!! I could be your Tyson Chandler. I'll even take the MINIMUM!"

I still literally roll my eyes every time I log in and see the Dwight Howard thread back in Laker Discussion. About 30% of the time, Johnny Cash's "Hurt" starts playing in my head.

It's good to have range, just don't get cute and start jacking up 3s this season.

For the love of God, make it stop. Last thing I needed to see is this f*** shooting. And without a shirt. Please Lebron, yell at him in the preseason so he comes back to being the Dwight the world knows so they can cut his a** before the season starts. f*** Dwight Howard.

Our team must be full of idiots to believe he’s changed.

Or desperate and running out of options.

    I’m going with door #2

tbh, i'm not sure what howard can work on from an individual skills standpoint other than FT shooting. his value is in the context of a team game on both ends; let's just hope he's ready to commit to that more than he has in the past.

there should never be a game situation in which he faces up a defender from 20 ft.
