    Hey everybody, new member, first post.
    After doing some reading on Twitter, it seems like the Lakers have until 9 tomorrow morning to get Kawhi to commit or they are out, unless they delay the AD trade. Any significant updates or pertinent information I should know?

    I think that has something to do with the draft pick signing the physical contract and the way their salary hold is calculated. I’m not as good at cap space as others here, but I do know there is solutions available either the 6th or pushing past that.

    Just for some frame of reference, I am not a Lakers fan lol I'm not a hater either, but I'm a Lebron fan and I root for New York sports teams. I've been monitoring this forum for information for what feels like a week once I heard Kawhi was considering the Lakers, and I'm in the Kawhi to Los Angeles camp just as much as most of you are because I know it will likely bring more success for Lebron. Call me weird or selfish or fanboy but I'm just keeping it real.

    Pincus is extremely knowledgeable with the CBA, and is going into some small details on if we had to push the trade out.

    Where are you hearing that 9am/pm? time for July 6th. I wasn't aware of a specific time the AD trade needed to be executed, just the July 6th date.

    From what I can gather, but I think most of you already know, don't think a decision is going to be announced today. I don't know how credible Cris Carter is but I find him in many ways to be more credible than everybody else reporting on Kawhi.
