    There's no news out there about a physical therapist hire for the Lakers besides Judy Seto. Could you have misheard and they were talking about the woman who kept Kobe healthy?

    Man to think of it, Kawhi almost sat out the entire season after getting traded to Toronto(according to CC) and here we are reading reports of him soul searching where he would sign. Lol.
    Yup and CC’s brother Butch was drafted (2nd rd pick)by the lakers in 1980, so that added to the laker fandom in the Carter family. He’s the most keyed in guy, while espn hacks like Woj/momo are scrambling for any scraps they can find.

    People on Reddit already made a post based on your comments here and it blew up. A few people said they were listening and it was definitely about Seto, and that they may have mentioned that Seto had worked with or trained some of the Toronto staff at some point. Any chance that’s what was said and you misheard?

    Would find it odd that such a big move would be mentioned on the radio without being reported elsewhere, with no one else able to corroborate that’s what was even said on the radio.

    oh ok he never mentioned the name of the young lady as he described it so maybe he was referring to Seto, but it was weird he said that it was the young lady who kept Kawhi healthy, maybe he's just misinformed.

    Seto never left the LA area for a permanent position elsewhere while she was away from the Lakers. But it's possible she may have done a consultation or three out of state somewhere. Her Linkedin page doesn't say either way, it only lists her positions since she was let go by the Lakers in 2016.

    This is getting absurd, I’m pretty sure if the Lakers made an announcement of a Raptors trainer/medical staff member today, that would not go unnoticed today and that you’d everyone insider and their mother running with this info today.
