    This site is way more chill than other Laker forums I have visited. I actually like that it has a "Like" button. Say what you want and you will know right away if you are connecting with people and if they can understand and appreciate what you are saying.

    I prefer things not get super confrontational but it often becomes almost impossible on some sites. Popularity tends to make it too difficult to monitor. It's a tight wire, a thin blue line. Hard to keep things from wading into the deep zone.

    And one thing I would say, about people that are coming in and just starting to post, (and I am one of those), take time to know who you are talking to, don't assume you understand them because of a couple of silly things they say on a sports forum.

    Lets root for the team to succeed.

    It’s a Moreno Valley Mammoths hat. Not sure what the team is, I’ve heard it’s not even a team but just a custom hat Kawhi made.

    Moreno Valley is his hometown in the Inland Empire

    By the way, there were pictures a few weeks ago claiming to show Kawhi at Home Depot with moving boxes. Some were skeptical if it was actually Kawhi or not.



    Zoom in on the hat.

    EDIT: Actually it’s hard to make out in this pic and actually seems like it a different Moreno Valley Mammoths hat. In the Raptors video he has a black one, this one is blue.

    But here is a pic where you can more clearly make out the “Moreno Valley” and see that it’s the same blue hat he’s wearing in the pics with the moving boxes.

    On the Jump today, Matt Barnes and Rachel Nichols were quite quick to chime in how Magic can pretty much sell anything to anyone. Here’s to hoping it worked with Kawhi.

    This is awesome!! As a Filipino, I can confirm that the Lakers are the top team in the Philippines. Next would probably be the recent success Warriors, Heat, and to some extent the Thunder. Filipinos tend to choose the big city teams because they haven't heard of many of the other ones. In contrast, from what I've known, no one like the Knicks outside of people with relatives there. Sadly, there's also a lot of bandwagoning amongst fans there.
