    I have no clue what is going on, but if it’s within the rules, and Kawhi asks to meet with Magic Johnson, you bring in Magic Johnson. Maybe he wants to see if the front office is actually ok behind the scenes and there’s no real beef?

    I think Magic probably can't be part of the meeting because he's not officially with the team? I don't know. Nothing is clear at all.

    Which is what makes that salty Woj tweet so amazing. Not to mention his *** has been quiet all day. :D

    So even if Magic isn't part of the "official" pitch, we now know Kawhi's people have called Magic. That can only indicate they are somewhat serious with the Lakers, right?

    Also, stop dry snitching on yourself Magic...it's all good if you tamper now.

    I really really really am worried about the Lakers not signing Kawhi at this point. :D In the court of public opinion they'll get crushed and Woj's smug dancing is going to be infuriating. Hopefully Kawhi stays in Toronto if he doesn't come here.

    I think at some point everyone will be involved. I take this more as Kawhi wanting to be sure he speaks to them specifically st some point than him not meeting with anyone else at all.

    That is the best 2nd outcome. If Kawhi stays in Toronto no one is going to kill us, we can still move on and look to sign another guy or multiple 2nd or 3rd tier guys, and it’ll be “of course he stated he won a title there and they took care of his health”. If he goes back there I will be sad to miss out on him, but I won’t be mad, it’s a move that makes sense. If he chooses the Clippers though, I won’t be watching ESPN all summer and I might break something.

    For the record @vasashi17 these things about Magic came out from two sources immediately: Brad Turner and SAS. :D

    I think it's pretty clear those are Magic's guys and he leaked stuff to them in the past. I think Magic got a request from Kawhi and/or Kawhi's people for a meeting and Magic leaked it immediately to his guys. I don't know what to make of that to be honest. :D

    Lol, that was just my impression of an ESPN talking head or Ramona or someone on ESPN radio trying to stir s*** up, beaming with a huge grin as they “report it”. I’m not worried about any drama here, if Kawhi wants to come here for basketball to play with LeBron and AD and to grow his business massively, he will.
