So glad he’s gone. That comment towards Molly was cringeworthy, hopefully leads to ESPN not giving him a spotlight anymore.

That explanation a rep for LaVar gave, what a load of crap, he knew exactly what he was doing when he said that. It was gross, he should be worried about Jalen coming to beat his a** too. The statement by ESPN was weak too, they’re pathetic, they said they made him aware his comment was inappropriate. All that means is they said “don’t do it next time”, they’ll have him back as soon as they have a little late summer lull and need ratings.

Oh wow that's Jalen's woman? Yeah I hope he calls him out for the world to see on line and threaten to kick his a** for real.

Funny how the Lakers provide “nothing” for the NBA, yet when we trade his son away all the opportunities for him to be on TV trashing our franchise suddenly disappear.

    No agenda whatsoever.

So glad that a** clown is gone. How's he going to pimp out his kids now on the national stage?

I’m not a fan of Lavar and glad this has resulted in him being taken off ESPN, but I think the outrage over his comment on First Take is absurd and the statement from his rep IS correct.

Since when is “switch gears” sexual innuendo? Lavar was clearly just suggesting that he’s open to talking about anything and so they can switch topics whenever they want. He makes a hand gesture of switching gears, same as he’s made in the past when changing topics in the conversation.

And say what you want about Lavar, yes he’s come across as misogynistic with his “Stay in your lane” comments, but he’s always come across as extremely loyal and loving of his wife. I don’t think he’s going to openly hit on a married woman on national TV.

Dunno, didn’t pass the ear test with me. He said it in a creepy way, it felt very much like innuendo. To pull the race card though feels even more ridiculous, has zero to do with race, it was creepy and Molly was clearly caught off guard and felt uncomfortable.

Yeah, the guy I quoted who is pulling the race card is ridiculous IMO.

But I think the ear test is clouded by general dislike of Lavar. He’s been an arrogant fool, but I don’t think this is the hill that he deserves to die on.

I agree it was overblown, but he was paying for past sins with that one. Buffoons are all eventually exposed.

You know I frigging hate Lavar, but after listening to this, I tend to agree with you, simply the press deciding this is a good time to bury the turd.
