This feels majorly suspect to me. Kobe has denied through the media lately that he has anything to do with the Lakers, he seems to want no part of being involved with this FO. At most I see him talking to Rob here and there about us. I mean, he didn’t even tweet about the AD trade today. The article also made a mistake and said we gave away 4 first round picks down the line, and they’re also making a lot of claims of being in the know of what is going on with the Clippers regarding Kawhi when pretty much every big name NBA insider out there has no clue, so that’s hard to buy. Still, I guess we can dream.

You can't discount the Canadians rabid fan appreciation though. My wife is from there, I've spent many months up there, these people will name freeways after your a** . Obviously you've all heard about the "Kawai eats free" restaurant campaigns and 30mil penthouse spread offered him. With no Canadian team as NHL champs it makes Kawai the defacto #1 sports star there. Cons - Granted the population is smaller than California and the media presence is minuscule compared to us. Weather considerations + LBJ and AD to team with, I do believe we have a shot at him. He is not now going to want to come to the Clippers and be the Lakers b**** for years to come. Also KD made it ok to dogpile talent so he doesn't have to worry about his legacy.

Master plan to all of this. Media creates controversy until everything falls into place.

feels impossible to sign him, but it would be nothing short of legendary if we did

3 Finals MVPs for different teams? That's history right there.

Imagine if AD wins the Finals MVP and we have 3 Finals MVPs on one roster. When was the last time that happened? '89 Lakers?

Well .... I like that he is still posting that after this alleged problem now with the timing of the 4th pick being finalized and us losing cap space for a max guy of Kawhi's years.

Stop posting Ayre and that idiot “lawyer” fool. If they don’t have a blue mark next to their name they have no legitimacy.

blue marks are not required to be legit, only if you care if others think of you as legit

It’s happening guys. Don’t believe the hate

You don’t need to have a blue check mark to be right. All the blue check marks told us Lebron was not coming, our assets were trash.

Cuffs is insanely credible. He did say Kyrie to LA was a done deal earlier, though. But with Kyrie's personality it's highly possible at that time it was.

    Big things coming.
