Boston has zero leverage. They’re losing Kyrie, Rozier doesn’t want to play there anymore, so what incentive does AD have to stay even if Boston actually guts their team for him, as if they’d trade Tatum knowing that.

Boston is a non-issue. His own pops don't want his son playing there. Y'all see AD on "The Shop"...he told Bron, he owes everything to his parents, so obviously their opinion matters. Bron then proceeded to kiss AD's parents' a** haha. Those two will find a way to play together.

Also the future Memphis pick is only valuable if it's lottery bound in 2021 (it's top 6 protected next summer and goes unprotected in 2021). Memphis now with the #2 pick can go get Ja and trade Conley to get a little better next season. That Memphis pick isn't all it's made out to be....just like Taintum.

NOLA getting the #1 pick makes this situation completely unpredictable..
Feel a bit bad for J. Randle though..

Pels fan here, hate to break it 2 all of you but very unlikely AD is in a lakers uni next year. This was a 3 man draft and y'all got stuck with #4.

And I would take #3, Mitch Robinson, Knox, Mavs and Knicks picks and definitely take what the C Bags will have to offer which will have to be Tatum, Brown Smart and the Grizz pick minimum.

Outside of #4 pick, and maybe Kuzma, y'all assets suck. BI has that blood clot thing going on and is about to hit restricted fa, and Ball is a walking injury and Lavar, nuff said. And most of you are discounting the fact the C's and Knicks play in the east. Will have obliterate their offers to trade within the conference and y'all don't have the assets for that....

There’s a difference in what you would take and reality.

If you think Ainge offers all that you’re dreaming. The Knicks, maybe, but my argument is always..Dolan.

Minimum? There's no Boston offer. With Irvin gone, Rozier wanting out, their picks not amounting to s***, they're out of assets they're going to give. They're in a position they can't trade Tatum and there's no way AD goes to a lottery bound C Bags.

Explain to me in reality what we would take? Because teaming Zion and Barrett or Ja is much more appealing than dealing with lavar and a huge gamble of BI's health. Not to mention the contract he will want after next year, think most of you are not in reality...

Rosier doesn't have a choice, he's a rfa. And most of you saying the lakers players are better than the C's is lsughable. They got to the ECF on the backs of Rozier, Tatum, and Brown. Lebron coukdnt even get into the playoffs with the 'great young talent' y'all think we will just take lol.

The east is as top heavy as ever, and our guys missed a combined 6 billion games due to injury this year.

And Chris Bosh was also cleared but you see no one signed him. Too much of a gamble to be the centerpiece of a trade. And I agree Tatum is a lil overrated and Brown will have to be paid but doesn't have health as a question mark. But like I said, they actually looked better last year before Kyrie ruined their chemistry.

So why does Ainge trade his 2 best remaining players when Kyrie is leaving for a one year rental of AD? Have you ever heard of Ainge before? Have you seen the trades he make? He doesn’t make trades unless he wins them. Tatum isn’t going anywhere, he’ll offer Brown, Smart, and picks. If pushed, maybe he offers Hayward and Smart, or whatever role player makes salaries work.

I haven't read the previous pages so I don't know if anyone has talked about this yet but, I read on the gm board AD still is interested in being traded despite them getting the #1 pick.

Maybe there's still a slight chance?

So you making my point, Ball and BI have major health concerns, why would we want that. I personally would start fresh with Zion and Barret/Ja. Also really like Mitch Robinsons potential. Only way I take the C Bags offer is if I can trade one of Brown/Tatum with some of the first rounds picks we get in the deal for someone like Beal. Plus gets AD to the east....
