If Ball is still around next summer, I’m perfectly comfortable with Caruso being the back up PG. I hope we don’t try and reinvent the wheel again and go back to Lebron’s bread and butter. Ball, Lebron and the 2nd Allstar will be the primary ball handlers. We don’t need a Rondo type.
What a dunk, but also what a fantastic call by Harlan. I would not mind Caruso being on an actual contract as our 3rd point guard behind Lonzo and anyone who isn’t Rondo next season.
Harlan is without a doubt the greatest dunk commentator know to man. Edit - would definitely take Caruso back.
No reason why that guy can't be our backup pg behind Lonzo. Lebron will likely be handling the ball in crunch time any way. Ingram can handle the ball as well.
I'd like to keep Caruso if it all possible....i like his competitiveness out there and he is more than just a white guy that plays hard...he can dish the ball, hit corner 3s, and gets to the hoop and finishes fairly well
He was turning over the ball a lot last night but has been good overall these last few games. I would definitely see if he wants to be a 3rd string guard. He’s been playing better then Rondo but in my book but that’s not saying much.
Are you effin kidding me, no shout outs for the bald Mamba???? 32 points!!?? Dude deserves a contract, I hope we keep him for the backup role.
He's a RFA and his caphold is a vet min since he's a 2way player. So unlike Zu (I know, touchy subject), his caphold really doesn't apply since a vet min is looked as an exception in terms of team salary.
