I think the big issue is that Luke surrounded himself with assistants who we have not heard of and are new to the NBA level. Look at the LA Rams, McVay got one of the most experienced defensive coaches in the NFL in Wade Phillips.

At the very least, there has to be drastic change in terms of our assistants this off-season.

replacing asst seems pointless to me....luke hand picks his n most hc pick their own cause they like who they choose n have worked with before. picking asst for luke could still has adverse affects like clashing philosophy

Yeah. These are his guys. He won't like being forced to bring anyone on.

Another reason to just wipe the slate clean.

2 losses to taking teams, cya Luke. With injuries and some odd roster building it may not be all your fault but Mag/Rob need a fall guy ~ guess who

    Fire him.

This is freakin unbearable to watch. No offensive scheme, bench scored 7 points, defense is non existent.

    Garbage.

kuzma and BI played a great game. the team overall played a great game

this is all on the coach. there's zero movement on offense and his rotations continue to be hilariously awful. just fire him already and promote shaw as the interim. what have they got to lose at this point?

you lose back to back games against NO and MEM? come on

Fair or not (totally is, imo) he has to be fired now. Tonight. Right this minute. He's lost the team, maybe a while ago, but things are rapidly spiraling and looking like a s***show no FA would join.

MDA got more out of dudes that aren’t in the league anymore.

He's lost the team. The kids are producing because they have something to prove (we do need to put Hart's picture on a milk box though). The vets don't care and they are the ones that needs to be helping Lebron push this team into the playoffs. McGee, Rondo, Chandler they have championship experience. Lance has playoff experience.

There are a lot of problems with this team and the only thing we can do right now is change the coach. Magic and Rob won't step down until at least after a summer free agency whiff. The trading deadline has past and there's really no buy out candidate that would push this team in the right direction. Jeanie needs to pull head from a** and realize that Luke just ain't working well.

He's gone this summer, even if his replacement is a lateral move.

IMO, because as hard as it is to believe at this point, this team still hasn't hit rock bottom. There's still alot of down to go and firing the head coach right now would contribute to it, purely because it kind of cements what has transpired in the latter part of the season.

100% man...Luke isn't free of fault but definitely the nail in the coffin was all the tumolt that has taken a toll on team chemistry.

It has not effected Kuz or Ingrams performance but the chemistry with LeBron and the Lakers is probably not the best right now.

Except Kuzma, Ingram and LBron nobody else seems to give us anything.

Rondo and Lance have been trash. KCP is trash. Hart has had the biggest fall of them all.

With Hart and Chandler you literally play 3 on 5. It is not even acceptable. Where are thou Zubac...
