5 cops, 1 guy on the ground and a dude hits him with a baton? For what reason? That cop needs to be hit upside the head with a baton for being a turd.

But have some personal responsibility would you? Not a single statement about saying he was stupid to go clubbing with not even 2 weeks left in the regular season. That's a shame. I would feel more compassionate for him if he would acknowledge his own mistake as well as the cops. I still feel compassion, but the bottom line for me is personal responsibility.
^ Probably didn't say anything on advice from his attorneys, but I agree with you. He was also shown being aggressive around the cops which is what elicited their behavior.
