    Keep Zo keep Zo.

I'm sorry folks for some reason I'm attached to the kid. I really want him to succeed as a Laker and a Laker only. Please keep Zo and trade everyone else.

Im a BIG Lonzo fan (i was high on DLO as well). Would hate to lose another young, potentially great PG. But AD is a superstar you can't pass on (even with his injuries).

Im 100% sure only Bron is off limits... but freakin NO will want God knows what. Most likely they will wait for the C Bags... just to get fleaced by Ainge.

The "irony" is we probably would have more chances to add another superstar next summer if we traded Lebron for AD

They're not idiots but no one is going to mistake Demps for Ainge, Buford or West. It is Demps, a failed businesswoman owner and a bunch of football people running the franchise. There is a reason they are over the cap with a lousy roster.

I don’t think there is any reason that they can’t talk to him even though they are unable to complete a treat right now.

They could always move Kyrie Irving, but I think they’d like to pair them together.

    Maybe it's to address this:

Please don't be as PC as that OKShe character.

If the NBA finds evidence of tampering and can prove the Lakers are guilty of impermissible contact with George while he was under contract with the Pacers, the league can punish the Lakers by taking away draft picks, fining the organization, setting future restrictions on acquiring George -- who will be a free agent next summer -- and/or possibly suspending offending team officials
Teams should be entitled to focus their efforts on the competition this season with the players they have under contract, without having to divert attention or resources to conduct or speculation regarding the potential destinations of those players in future seasons once their contracts expire."

How it's different than,I am really confused

So if tomorrow, he publicly says he wants to play in LA and anywhere else would be a rental scenario, would he be fined again for tampering?

And what exactly can he say and NOT get fined? Seriously, I would be asking the league office ahead of time.

This was said in the largest possible market and dude hasnt been fined since saying it.

But, I'm sure AD will if he goes off script tomorrow.

It'll definitely be an standard "apology" address that the league probably made him do along with the fine he got.

(in monotone voice) "I apologize to the Pelicans organization, the owner, and the city of New Orleans for allowing my emotions get the best of me and letting things get out of hand with this whole situation. I'm a competitive player and just want to compete at a high level night in and night out. This won't happen again and I'm going to let my game speak for itself."

(leaves and whispers) "F THIS, I'M OUT!"

"I'm paying $50k for saying this, but I will only permanently sign with the lakers."

"Ill pay another $50k and go ahead and say the c bags can suck it."

    ^^^ $100,000 well spent.

^^ I would say something very close to what Kanter and Thon said, then dare the League to do something about it.

The media and the league just do not want him on the Lakers; this is amazing. Whatever...more than 1 way to skin a cat, while I would love AD, we just might have to figure out another plan this summer.
