I don't ever think about him. Totally moved on, but glad he's having a solid year. When the league's best players play great, it makes beating them more satisfying.
I feel like I should Kareem on ignore. Bad Karma like that is probably causing our losses bro. :Joshharthearthands:
This guy is having the best year of his career. He’s absolutely balling on offense AND defense. It’s really hard to look back with hindsight, but IF Indiana would have taken the #2 for him it’s pretty obvious now we should have done it. I still think that HE made a mistake though, put him on our team right now with LeBron and the rest of the roster as is and we are better than OKC.
How Westbrick could NOT defer to KD, but could to Paula now is beyond me. Has he lost his mind somehow? Was he afraid of being left alone with a bunch of scrubs, that he promised Paula he won't dominate the ball this season? Last time I checked KD >>>>> Paula.
Having your worst shooting season gives you no choice but to at least share the ball with your best offensive teammate. Doesn't help that PG is having his best season ever. Sent from my E6533 using Tapatalk
47/12/10/2 with 8 threes tonight...goddamn he's having an amazing season. This is unreal, thought he had peaked already.
Paula is playing well because Russ is letting him. Why he didn't when he was teammates with KD AND Har'en and a championship within reach is beyond me.
RW is deferring because he’s on the brink of having one of the all time worst shooting seasons. It only took that for him to stop being a ball hog. Not surprising because he’s a check my stats dude.
Still taking 15-20 shots in regularity though. But yeah, that's deferring by Westbrook standard of 25-30. Sent from my E6533 using Tapatalk
I'm not convinced Westbrook will keep this up in the playoffs. I still think when playoffs roll around, he will start bricking more shots than he does right now. I think right now he is thinking let George be the man in the regular season, I'll take over when it really counts.
Lakers should have gone full throttle on George not Lebron. I believe they would have got him if Lebron wasnt in the way.
I've wondered about that. How exactly is he a fit next to Lebron. Both prefer SF, and most of the best FA's are SF in the coming year. And Klay likely stays in Golden State. Wouldn't surprise me if we don't sign another big fish, but instead have to orchestrate a trade for one.
In Lebron's defense, Lebron does have a game that can cater to any player, even if that player plays his position. However, the Lebron circus outside the court is likely what kept Paul George away. I agree we aren't signing anyone this summer from the Kyrie's to the Klay's. Kawhi for sure isn't coming. He has a warm spot to run everything in LA with Jerry West and the Clippers. Anthony Davis is one of the few mega stars who doesnt care about whos team it is, etc. So, if Klutch wants to live up to their name, make sure they tell Mag and Rob that AD is signing in 2020. I really do not care if Lebron is a tin can by then. A 27 year old generational player just hitting his prime is the focus right now. And the Lakers are 17 months away from getting him if the reports out there are true. Nothing is a bigger F U to the league than getting Lebron, AD and still keeping the youth. That's how i would set it up anyway. Even if Lebron loses 2 more gears, he is an unselfish player ON THE COURT, he can adapt to a lesser role in the twilight of his career. By then, Kuzma and Ball can be more effective in starring roles if they stay healthy.
