exactly i get AD wants to create his own legacy but he's pretty much in the exact same boat as KG was during his time in minny. he needs to be realistic and realize that the pelicans are not going to be able to surround him with the talent he needs to win a title. so he can either stay there and become a future HOF'er who'll always be known for not having a ring or he can force his way to a team like the lakers who can surround him with what he needs to win a title

Lebron wants AD; I think we all do. However, the timing of this is crucial - I don't think anything happens this season, unfortunately, but I don think Davis is moved next July and that will complicate matter with Boston getting involved in the bidding - guess we'll see. Make it happen, Magic.

they aren't very deep, and their starting PF is out. I think Mirotic has been out most of the season. Those two played really well to close the season last year, so I bet he shows patience til the offseason. At that point, Pelicans have more trading options. No reason to pull the trigger too early at all. They have tickets to sell and money to make.
