Beal for Ingram is intriguing, but it ruins our chances at a big free agent this summer.

I'm still a fan.....this is a BS system thats not using our guys efficiently at all. This guy with better coaching/system should be a 20/5/5 guy but he's been forced to play spot up shooter and he's not a good shooter. He should attack more though like Kuz does but dude just stands around on O.

I'm mostly teasing because I took sooo much crap for even suggesting that deal this summer. All you guys were crushing me for talking about Bradley Beal of all people...

If LeBron has to, and clearly he does, conserve energy for the playoffs .... put him frequently in the high post and let him attack from there and pass from there while everyone else stays in motion. The ball in Lonzo's hands much more often when he is in the game. Nothing looks more stupid than seeing Lonzo still trying to get into a groove with a revamped shot after a lifetime of shooting it differently ..... standing on the 3 pt line like a spot up shooter.

i didn't. i've wanted to move ingram several times already and can't believe he's been untouchable. i said that last year, three months ago, and i'm saying it today: he should be very touchable.

BI has been a disappointment so far this early season. I still like him and think he will find his groove but the nonstop iso moves are getting on my nerves. He defense is lacking at times also. Need to pick it up big time BI.

BI is going to be a very good player. He's just not being used right.

It’s nice that he can create for himself on occasion, but he shouldn’t have to be doing so. It’s not his major talent.

he doesn't seem to be an aggressive player to begin with, having him stand around shooting 3's isn't gona help. Can our staff design like 1-3 sets of plays for every one of our offensive players? I know that exist and its possible as I've seen it from other teams lol

He's got a 23+ usage% which is the highest of his career thus far and he's taking the same amount of shots with very similar success as last season. He doesn't move the ball as efficiently as he needs to and he's not decisive enough as a scorer.

I don’t know, something seems off to me about his game this year. He’s never been super aggressive, but he vowed to attack way more this year, and in most of the games I’ve seen him play, he hasn’t really. I don’t know what the right term for how he looks is, disinterested seems too strong, maybe lost? He doesn’t look to be playing as free as he was last season I guess, not trying to blame LeBron, but to me he looks to be struggling to adjust to playing next to a star. There’s zero excuse for him not to be playing all out on the defensive end though.

Saw him raise one eyebrow one time, so I’m pretty sure that means he hates LeBron and playing with him.

To me it's just way too much ISO on offense. Nothing seems easy. His three point shot is off, too. Then again he's only played 6 games so maybe the sample size is just too small right now.

I suggested having him come in with the bench and replace him with Hart, but I think we'd miss his D. I guess Kuz would be better to come off the bench. Either way, Hart should be starting at 2.

His mid range jumper used to be money last season, or at least for a certain part of it but it's completely off this season. He starts nailing those and his game opens up. Otherwise he looks like he's struggling to score every time he goes, iso. I do remember him looking a lot better with Lebron during preseason though, could be wrong.

Nobody fits next to old Lebron, and nobody wants to put up with his crap.

Just freeze Lebron out while he's on the court.

he started off slow last season too, just saying. Guys just a slow starter, even when he comes back from injuries he's slow to adapt.

I did not want to write anything after last night's game. Better to wait at least a day, right? But I have to be honest: I am disappointed when it comes to Ingram's game this season. I expected a lot more. I expected him to be more aggressive, to shoot better, to make smart decisions. I don't see any real progress and in fact - it almost seems like he regressed a bit. That's not good. At this point I would not consider him "untouchable", not even close to it. I'd trade him in a package for a star player if the opportunity presents itself. I'd also prefer to keep Kuzma. He's a bad defender, sure, but at least he does something with more consistency: score; and he plays well with LeBron. Just my opinion, of course.
