Julius hates us now. No way he comes back. Special mission in his NBA career will be to go off as hard as he can every time he plays the Lakers. It's going to be a load. And we don't have anyone with the quicks and muscle on our roster who can match up with him. Block some of his shots sure. But the defender every time is going to take a pounding and likely Julius's often flying elbows.

Yep. Sure would rather have had Randle for the role that Stephenson is here for. Get under the other team's skin and punish them and create some offensively. He could have done it in his own way and would have been a real physical weapon. That's how he looked and will continue to look on the court.

Yeah I like Moe a lot in that small 5 role and certainly stretch 4 where he can have advantages even this year. But at the 5 off the bench against other bench 5s he may do OK. Randle will beat the **** out of him. That one scout the first summer league called it right. You can get hurt guarding Julius Randle. It's been every bit the truth with opponents getting knocked around hard every game and his chippy elbows always out.

    I saw the press conference.

Jules didn't look happy at all. The GM was also way more excited by Payton. I think he was hurt and took the next best offer. He won't be in New Orleans a year from now.

Randle not happy with Mintz...? With the Lakers for not extending an offer? That he can't go right?

Bummer we lost Randle. I'm still disliking this part of the equation. But Mintz seemed to sour on the Lakers and so what's done is done.

doesn't rondo have terrible defensive metrics, too?

their whole team rests on holiday (well, besides davis, obviously). when he's out, they tend to be bad.

Jules let his agent use personal sh** to mess his money up. The Lakers were his best bet. He could of got so much out of playing with Lebron but dude gets bad advice and gets bounced. Hell even if LA had signed and traded him he would of gotten more dough. Dr J is right... FIRE that agent

Zion really reminds me of Jules, wouldn't mind seeing him in P&G one day.

Kid is a beast but those knees will give up sooner or later. He needs to shed some of that muscle mass. Reminds me of a more athletic Larry Johnson.

That's a good comparison. Those corner threes he took reminds me of Sam Perkins. At least the form does
