i thought about the artest angle, but there are two issues for me. 1. some of stephenson's off-court issues (battery of women) are more troubling than ron's. i think you could make a case that artest was a good guy who found himself in some bad situations. there's some evidence stephenson may just be a bad guy. granted they're in the past, but still...some things are hard to forget. 2. artest was always in great shape and never found himself out of the league. whereas stephenson has always been kinda doughy, indicating perhaps a lack of dedication to his craft. i've just never been impressed by stephenson, and i'm shocked he got more than the minimum in this FA climate.
1. The charges were dropped. Seems unfair to hold something against him that he was never charged with; never even had to pay bail to get out. He wasn't just let off, the charges were dropped completely. 2. Very low on the dough.
But Ron would never dribble the ball between his legs for 20 seconds before trying to do something that was questionable.
I want Lance to get Draymond ejected out of a game. I'll be waiting for it. And I hope Luke advises it. I would.
