That's surprisingly small IMO. You take Mexico City, Istanbul, Teheran, Shanghai, Karachi, Tokyo, Beijing and they have as much as all those combined lol.
Its such a back and forth with Goerge and his free agency. I think one can blame him for sending contradicting signals all the time. IMO this documentary is also kind of unnecessary. Just let people know of your intentions (maybe he has behind closed doors) but this is giving the media a field day every day.
Well that was expected regardless of his decision. He won't leave 10 mio for next year on the table for no reason. This tells me literally nothing. I could be a source too then...
This guy can single-handedly change the landscape of the NBA. Joining LA with Bron (and maybe even Kawhi) guarantees a trip to the WC Finals year after year. Staying in OKC guarantees s***. Let's see if he has balls to play under bright lights and for the bigget/best franchise of them all. (he should, after all, he's from freakin LA). Don't know what the hold up is, that would be a no brainer for me...
For sure. His article torching Durant after he bolted was embarrassing. He had big time scorned lover disease.
Yeah, doesn’t mean anything. Whether he comes to LA, stays in OKC for 5 year max, or stays in OKC for 1+1, he had to opt out.
I get the "date thing". But he could and should be "pro Lakers" from the get go. Saying things like "im here only for a year, you knew that when you traded for me".
Dominoes. I still believe he will be a Laker, it's the waiting that is tough. It makes too much sense to come home right now. Better team, better franchise, better opportunities. I have to believe he understands that.
If we're willing to pay way more than just half a mil then there's no hold up. If not, even if 6Billion people of the world's population say #PG2LA is crystal clear, continue to expect in the next 3 days a lot more of unsubstantiated speculations, rumors and ominously worded clickbaits from every sports website there is about PG's free agency. Yeah. I also have to believe he understands everything on the table here. He’s got a legit chance at helping his hometown team win a championship and be a part of something truly special.
In the presentation, I would highlight two things to Paul: the flexibility we have in comparison to OKC; our cap situation compared to their cap space (is none). Also, compare rosters, and the flexibility we have to improve our roster...or keep our young core.
