Kuz must've had a rough night with that Vujachick.

SF, what does putting on muscle have to do with making your FTs? These are just soft excuses for Zo. Even with a PRP injection, dude can literally stand at the free throw line and have the ball fed to him for the hour he took writing his merch rap and diss track...assuming his pen game is even that strong (btw, it ain't).

The FO compared this to DLame-SwagGee....that's when you know you f***ed up.

I love Kuz but I rather trade him instead of BI if someone put a gun to my head at this very moment. Could very well be your ticket into containing KD as well.. dont underestimate that while we know he has plenty of ceiling left, more than Kuz imo.

I don't like putting too much premium on one's age in determining his ceiling especially since everything in Kyle's offensive repertoire looks very raw and inconsistent and he's still learning how to guard one on one, in picks and switches.

Point is, he's got a lot of room to grow as much as if not more than BI.

BI is my favorite Laker, but I trade him for Kawhi. If you start with him you probably have to give up less WITH him than if you start with any other Laker. I’d love to keep Kuz around on this proposed super team, we will need shooting, his contract is great for us, and we have an extra year of it on the rookie deal compared to BI.

    Thick. Solid.

Also the only one I'm not comfortable trading out in any scenario.

Say what? He's one of our more polished, large offensive repertoire players. If not the most.

I was aware Kuzma was breaking rookie Lakers record, but the last one where he’s the only rookie to be able to do what only Magic, Elgin, West have only done is quite amazing! Kuzma’s already in rare company.

    List of Kuzma’s Rookie Records:

    1) Kuzma joins elite company of Magic Johnson, Elgin Baylor, Jerry West as only Lakers rookie to post 1,000+ points and 400+ rebounds

    2) Kuzma sets new Lakers franchise rookie Record for posting 1,000+ points, 400+ rebounds, 150+ threes made

    3) Kuzma sets new Lakers franchise rookie Record for 3-Pointers made in a season

    4) Kuzma ties Jerry West franchise rookie Record for most 25+ points scored in a row

    5) Kuzma ties Magic Johnson franchise rookie Record for most 20+ points and 10+ rebounds games

    6) Kuzma ties Magic Johnson franchise rookie Record for most 30+ point games

    7) Kuzma ties Magic Johnson franchise rookie Record for most consecutive games scoring in double-digits
