Couldn't be a good look long term. May be good for Twitter following, but might lose potential endorsements if he continues to become a top level player. I think their joking back and forth is going to get tired or someone is going to have to intervene, like Magic, or one of them grows out of It. Hopefully soon, especially if we get stars hell bent on getting a championship.
Yeah if anything this is stronger for his brand. It shows personality and a willingness to try to be different. He needs a lot of work on his performance, but this is all good for him.
Other than the accent, I thought it was hilarious. Its a rift off of Chappelle's Hater's Ball. Its in good fun, it encourages team/player chemistry. I'm all for it. Heck, that's why I love ribbing my guys here at LB. But then again, maybe that's why most of yall hate me. totally agree. and while i cant say for sure - i have to imagine other players across the league clown on their teammates like this or definitely thru twitter. we just dont see it cuz they arent lakers.

Maybe I read into that China instagram post wrong, but I assumed it was another light hearted jab at Lonzo. Melo got caught stealing sunglasses in China.
