The key was always that our talent on the floor was never enough. Did we do enough to change that last summer?
I like those! Kuz is going to be awesome next year. All these guys. What a gauntlet Magic and Rob threw down for them. Not even as relatively more simple a thing as the body fat % goals this year. Specific great players with their own comparative body types for guidance on what they themselves need to do to reach those same levels if they want it.
Kuzma has the drive to make himself better... Randle has already shown that. Ingram has the same mentality. Hart? No question... Let's hope Mr. Number Two Draft pick And I'm Playing It Cool picks it up!
I'm really upset, bummed that I missed his appearance (meet and greet signing) he had down here in San Diego a day or so ago.
Kuz's reaction this morning to the Kwahi trade rumors Whether its good or not, I'm way too attached to Kuz, Ingram, Randle, Zo, and Hart. This is what happens when you grow in the struggle with these guys and the longer they are together, the longer & stronger this bond is, makes it that much more painful if a trade happens. And then all we're left with is 'WHAT IF' in how they could have been together had we let them grow, and mature as basketball players and men.
I'd love to add Kawhi to the mix here. I'd prefer him over Paul George. But I don't want to break up our young core to do so, especially since he's been seriously injured.
Question is would you rather break up the core and get Kawhi, or keep the core and add George? I'll take the latter
I like our chances this year. No Mitch Kupchak equals to better free agency meetings, that alone is just as exciting. Let's go Maglinka!
