Western playoffs should be very interesting to watch this year. Looking forward to it. Next year, of course, we should be there too.

So OKC (other than their key loss of Roberson) keeps lucking out....Mbah a Moute is out of the 1st round.

This guy, along with Capela, is Houston's defensive stalwart. Houston is tied for 5th in defensive rating this season and since the all-star break, they're 3rd in the NBA in large part because of this guy and they have the best record in the league, not cause of all them threes, but because they're a really good defensive team.

If OKC loses against the Griz tonight, there's a good chance they get the 8th seed and face Houston in the 1st round. If I were them, I would rather go that route than the Jazz route.

Mike D'antoni again playing his best players or starters meaningless games for them to get hurt. He's a f***ing idiot for risking their health, when they already clinched the 1 seed

He probably knows the only records they can have are franchise records. So he's pouring it all out in the regular season.

I mean, I want to see OKC fail, but I think I want to see Houston fail way more. If ‘Antoni, Haren, and CP2 all win a championship TOGETHER, I might vomit. Everything wrong with today’s nba would be validated. I would rather any other playoff team won the title over them, even OKC.

Weez, I love you bro, but f*** that!

I'm a Utah fanboy for these playoffs. I like when teams play the right way and win.

f*** Russ and his stat-padding pursuit for avg. triple doubles for the sake of selling shoes. f*** PG and his recruiting b*******. f*** OKC for swooping in and ruining our plans to get PG this season.

I'm with you on the Antoni hate, but CP3 was supposed to be ours before that rat Stern and his racist buddy, Sterling, planned a coup to steal him away. Kobe and CP3 in the backcourt...come'n now, that's money and those f***ing cLips ruined it. Instead, we dumped LO and our future picks for Nash and then decided to bring Antoni on because of that decision. FML (f*** My Lakers)! Jimmy/Mitch were already on life support for me, but at that point, they were on my DNR list.

f*** Houston, f*** OKC and f*** Durant's soft a** and his Dubs. I rather Pop/Spurs and the Jazz do numbers on the West and take out what the east has to offer.

Give me respectable teams that win/play the right way.

Philly? Really? f*** the process and while we're at it, tell Mitchell to lend Benny's non-chill having a** a sweatshirt.

Toronto? DeMarr chose them over us so f*** him... And get his "we the north" having a** a sweatshirt too.

I don’t think we really disagree here. I only said I’d prefer OKC to beat Houston, but after Houston they are the team I want to lose quickest. Hell, I’d rather see LeBron get another ring than those teams. We do disagree on Chris Paul though, f*** him, he’s a little flopper, maybe the biggest whiner in the league, an a-hole, and to top it all off a dirty player.

Yeah. The same reason why Raptors have a handful of nationally televised games and we have gazillion.

preach. houston is basketball evil incarnate. they're awful to watch and impossible to root for if you like basketball and don't live in houston. if they win, i fear it could set the league back years in terms of how team-building occurs and the style of play that teams pursue.

this is why i still like gs even though the durant thing is a turnoff: they play good, entertaining basketball. houston's iso-heavy, foul-drawing, three-point chuckfest is just an abomination. imagine it spawning copycats...ick.

Durant ruined all that for me. I feel that set the league back years in terms of how players team build...

And Russell Westat just got his 16th board to avg a tripdub for 2 straight seasons...Ohh and they were up 24 on the Griz at that point... But of course dude wasn't stat-padding.

Call it soup, call it overrated, call it hating... Call it whatever you want, but trip dubs aren't what they used to be and that stat is watered down in an era where offense is king, defense is rarely played and most these players are soft (see @svtzr post above)...

Tonight is shaping up to be where OKC will play Utah in the 1st round (either as the 4th seed with home court or as the 6th seed without homecourt). I really hope Utah takes it to their heads in the 1st round.

Yeah, I'm on my soapbox bitter AF that our season's been over. But next year should be different...Till then, Dre, light these cLips up bruh!

Doesn't matter what happens in the Portland-Utah game, cause Okc will face Utah in the 1st round. If Utah wins tonight, they have homecourt and face Okc as the 3rd seed. If they lose tonight, they do not have homecourt and face Okc as the 5th seed.

Love it! If healthy, I like Utah's chances alot against Okc and really anybody in the postseason. Should be a good series!

How do Adams and Gobert match up historically when they play?
