Oh please let PG get this award, the irony of this would be hilarious. Imagine if they even had Magic presenting him with the award.
I have a new entre added to my fall back chunky soups dinner options in a pinch. http://www.supermarketguru.com/revi...asoned-chicken-with-beans-soup-is-a-hit!.html
Down goes OKC again and 1 loss away from being out of the playoffs with Houston, Miami and the Griz on deck. OKC controls their own fate, in that if they win it, they're in. But... New Orleans and Minny have the 21st and 26th toughest remaining schedules left. If Denver (plays Blazers, cLipers and Minny 2x) wins out and OKC goes 2-1 in their final 3 then OKC is out. If Denver goes 3-1 and OKC goes 1-2 down the stretch, OKC is out. The X-Factor for Denver is if Butler comes back to play against them twice. Also OKC only owns the tiebreaker vs Utah. It has to be determined at the end of the season if they own a tiebreaker vs the Spurs. But they lost the tiebreakers to Minny, NO and Denver. It would be ridiculously hilarious if OKC doesn't see the postseason. Meanwhile George needed 19 shots to score 20...dude has to understand that he just doesn't fit there. Or is it a PG injury? I saw the game tonight and there is just so much iso ball with OKC. They got no shot in the playoffs if they sneak in. I love their defense when they actually try to play it, but they just take way too many possessions off and only rev up when they're down big and are trying to get back in it.
When you barely touch the ball as little as PG does and you have ball hoggers like Russell and Melo, of course your shot feels funny. You forgot how the ball feels like in your hands lol
This is where letting go of his bread and butter midrange game comes into play. He was never a volume shooter from deep until this season. Majority of his shots post-injury are midrange. I don't know whose idea it is to turn him into this full blown 3pt shooter. Hope he gets it back when he becomes a Laker. Sent from my E6533 using Tapatalk
They’re in 6th currently, which is good, but I’d like to see them 5th and have to play SA without home court. One round and out. Missing the playoffs would be awesome, but I don’t see it, NO is fallin off. What I do enjoy though, is Denver is 9th right now by 1 loss (1/2 game back), and we gave them that loss. I said when we beat them last time I hope it was the one game that kept them out of the playoffs, and it might just be.
Shot attempts: Melo - 15.1 Russ - 21.1 Paul - 16.9 He takes one less shot than he did in Indiana, let's not get carried away.
just curious--what are his stats in that period? i ask because i wonder how it stacks up against our current best players.
19ppg 35% FG 30% 3pt Somewhere around that figures. Interestingly enough, his trend this year is a complete contrast of what he did last year. In 2016-2017, he started great, sub20 in the middle then went on to a tear to finish the last month or so of the regular season. Like a 29ppg, 55%FG and 50% 3pt tear. Had it not been for that great March and April stretch last year, Pacers would've been eliminated in the regular season. This season, he started slow. Sub20 slow in the 1st two months. Exploded in the middle part until the All Star break, and now here he is. I hope his playoff performance sucks for once. Just this year. Let it be this year. Sent from my E6533 using Tapatalk
