i think harden has some guys he pays to randomly beat people up who talk trash about him. as for the zaza thing, i'm not as sold on its purposefulness. remember he's oafish, and i think he has back trouble, so he may fall deliberately on awkwardly on occasion. that said, he's certainly a dirty player--just not sure he was trying to hurt someone on that particular play. i actually don't think he was trying to hurt leonard on that one play, either. he was trying to make him adjust his landing (thus miss the shot due to divided attention). it's still dirty as hell and would get you punched in the right pick up game, but i'm not sure it was "i'm going to injure him" dirty. in fact, i think you almost never see this in nba games (actual intent to injure).
speaking of random other teams, that was the third or fourth time i've watched bogdan bogdanovic--that guy can play a bit.
Pelicans beat the Spurs, win their 7th straight, move up to 5th, 1/2 game behind the Spurs for 4th now. Dallas just took OKC into overtime. The 3 through 7 spots all have prett much identical records, gonna be a crazy finish to the season.
that and six teams with nearly identical records trying to tank. interesting indeed. i half-expected a fan to run out of the stands and tonya harding a mavs player in OT last night.
Crazy how not One single commentator has even mentioned that Harden fully extended his off arm & pushed Wes down. Harden & Lebron get away with offensive fouls constantly..
