He was game MVP. I’m gonna let that 4 point play given up slide, because we don’t win tonight without him. 8 threes, 34 points, carried us for almost 3 quarters. Not someone I want long term, but as long as he’s here I’m thrilled when he has games like this.
On fire tonight. But damn did that four point play anger me though. Still, he was huge tonight and got us this win (even though he almost gave it away with a brain fart). Streaky as ever!
No ^^^ that's Josh Hart with the porn star mustache as stated today by Kuzma on twitter. See the connection?
This is due to KCP's passing resemblance to the late hip hop crooner Nate Dogg. Regulate with Warren G is one of his signature songs.
The question on KCP is does he pick it up and have these kind of games when the stakes are high i.e. deciding game in a series. Or will he become more consistant, he's only just turned 25. If so his value is better than we are giving him. Still not max money or even close. No way to know though until he's thrown into the fire. Thing is, with the market being what it is on guards like him, we might get a bargain if the Lakers tell him we straight up aren't paying star money for him and no one else is either and he wants to stay. I mean if you can get KCP and Julius with the money slotted for one of those FA spots....that's something to think about.
Negatory. We have Hart now and other guys that can play the 2 including PG. Would think retaining Zubac is more important if we can along with keeping the big 4 young guys and Hart. IT can play there as well and we know he is clutch ..... if you know who heads to Houston. abeer has teased us with that scenario. Do it LeBron. CP2 will get hurt anyway when the chips are down and would love to see LLLLL intentionally bumping into D'Antoni on the sideline when he tires of him.
Hart made Clarkson expendable and could do the same for Caldwell-Pope. I like his game when he plays within the team concept and tries not do anything on his own. Defensively, he reads and plays the passing lanes well... Good thing Walton did not entertain thoughts of having him facilitate too much while Ingram was out. To his credit, Caldwell-Pope has played solid ball since his sentence was over.
I want KCP nowhere near this team next year. He’s as streaky as Dollar Store Window Cleaner and makes idiot decisions.
