i think the tanking comment was made intentionally. he likes to poke the league office, and he's getting his last digs in on the full-out tank (which has annoyed him, i think) before the league finally institutes some more sensible rules governing the lotto. of course, as has happened often to cuban, he was a bit late to the party. for a guy who made billions outsmarting his competitors in the market, he has definitely sucked in the nba ownership arena in that regard. their plan to go after big name FAs with cap space (when everyone else also had it) was incredibly foolish and clearly born of hubris--as are most of his follies. guess it comes with the territory. but the personnel stuff...man, that's some seriously stupid s***. and his reaction to being caught in it is embarrassing. like, worse than preventing your gm from drafting giannis antetekounpo because you wanted an extra 400k to offer a clearly-going-to-houston dwight howard in FA. let's stop insulting everyone's intelligence, brah.

There's no question what he was doing once he looked down and saw the opportunity to fall on and try to injure his knee. Westbrook ought to find him and sucker punch him right in the nose and bust it this summer. Better yet pay someone to do it and then not get caught getting out of there following the punch.
Swaggy’s foot did catch the back of ZaZa’s leg...but that being said, there is no way that ZaZa couldn’t have easily avoided falling right on Westbrook legs. The guys a dirty player and needs to go.
How does the league get away with not addressing this? If I’m Russ, my people are making noise for me so I don’t get suspended.
