We have a realistic shot at keeping Randle and bringing in Bron to join George. The way that Jules bodied Melo recently, its almost like we have our own bully ball Melo type in Jules..just needs to develop a dependable jumper. Bron is older and is on the way out of his prime while Russ is in his prime....but one is clearly the better player right now. Bron/Jules > Russ/Melo Take your pick George and don't let the "impressive" skyline of OKC distract you bruh.
Paul George to the Lakers is a lock. The choice is an emotional one, so it doesn't really matter how successful the Thunder are to end the season. His whole family is a Lakers fan, but more importantly, a Kobe and Magic fan. On July 1st, you get his family in a room with Maginka and Kobe and it's a done deal. I have zero doubt.
All the focus will be on George tonight and I really hope the Staples crowd lets him know it. We literally lost Nance and JC for him, so I hope he realizes the scope of all of this.
