More than his defense, LA desperately needs his league-best(5th) 43.5% 3pt shooting. Sent from my E6533 using Tapatalk
okc fans hating on pg now, they feel he should do more...hard to do that when im sure 80% of the time the ball is in russ hands
Playing pretty erratic at times which is his norm ordinarily. TOs and lackadaisical. The only thing that doesn't change is his commitment in defense. If they can hold on to him until March when 'playoff George' decides to show up, they'll be pretty pumped up. Guy's just a different beast when he gets it going. Sent from my E6533 using Tapatalk
^^^ "Playoff George"? Not too familiar with that guy... Now a "Lakers George" I know...Been writing to him (and fantasizing about him) while he's locked up state somewhere, in a place they call Oklahoma City...wherever that is. He'll be released and coming home soon tho.
Exactly. I think just with adding PG we make the low end of the playoffs next year and then have time and room to develop into a powerhouse in the next couple/few years as Lonzo, Ingram, Kuzma and Hart continue to improve. That's a heck of a core. Of course if you added a second FA such as Lebron I think it puts us up considerably higher. Same for Cousins.
right. one star = playoffs, two = top 4/5, imo. that's in year one for both cases. if the hope is being a contender overnight, you'll need a three-star plan, which would involve shipping out basically all young talent.
Instead of shipping in exchange, how about developing one. Kuzma, Ball or Ingram certainly can step up to that role, at least one of them. Sent from my E6533 using Tapatalk
This. If the two stars we add are Lebron and PG, my money has this team on being in the top 4 in the west in year 1 at least. Can’t disregard development from our promising core.
