I don't care for Luke anymore; I hope LaVar keeps throwing him under the bus.

Light a fire under Luke's a$$. I like it. This is Los Angeles; and if you're coaching like sh**, you get called out. Simple as that. Hold his a$$ accountable.

I hate this. And Lonzo doesn't give a s***. He condones it. All about them. Your family can just run its mouth about your team and your organization. How about most of us fans hating this. He's a honey badger too .... doesn't give a ****.

Or he and LaVar are actually pulling some kind of power play on Luke with the media for some reason with the organization. I hate your 2nd son LVBD.

Sarcasm? I’m not getting that sense at all. Lonzo literally said “that’s just his opinion”, you can’t be more dismissive than that while still not turning on your father outright, which he’s not going to do. I’d have less respect for him if he suddenly s*** on his dad when as much of a jacka** as he is, he still got Lonzo here.

Luke is horrible, and I my disdain for him is reaching that other lame duck we had: Byron Scott. I don't mind the person Luke, but his coaching sucks, his assistants, suck, etc.

    Yeah, that's how I feel.

Is it too late to go back in time and sign Thibs? Or at least change his resume to say he was a part of the Lakers at some point so the simple minded FO would consider him?

Luke needs to sort this now. He needs to fix any aspect that he has control on - substitutions, starters, the defense and the want to switch that actually creates profitable mismatches for the opposition (you don't actually need to call plays against us, just rotate the ball around the perimeter until our defense goes rogue and we give them a wide open 3 or Russell Westbrook against Deng)

Then Luke can sort out his long-term issues, such as having an offense (with or without Ball), having a half-court set that does not involve aimlessly shuffling the ball around until the clock winds down and a covered Clarkson has to drop a bomb) and most significantly he can see an therapist to deal with his preternatural love of Larry Nance Jr.

I agree that the dumping of Andrew Bogut is telling as it was a Luke pick and is more than not addressing shooting shortages. He is already starting to get the praise vultures gathering overhead of the organization having full confidence and support in him.

If this keeps up, I will start calling him Mike Walton, after the legacy of our 4 previous Mikes -Mike Dunleavy, Mike Brown, Mike D'Antoni and Byron "Mike" Scott.

Come on Luke coaching and the front office is the one place you don't want "to be like Mike."

This doesn’t surprise me. Luke is doing what he’s told in a lot of ways particularly with Randle and KCP. He will get another year.

Get us a better roster and then I’ll be a lot harder on his coaching.

I'm still not ready to completely turn on Luke. We have a bunch of kids out there. He's made mistakes, but he could be telling them to do the right things and they're just too young and inexperienced to grasp it. Not trying to make excuses for him, but he has a pretty young roster.

Plus I totally feel some of the "WTF why?" to what we are seeing may be influenced by the FO's best laid plans. Roster spot open. Sorry it was Bogut instead of Ennis. Come on Magic shake things up with a good personnel move. NOW.

Luke isn’t going anywhere until at least the offseason. We aren’t getting a better coach mid-season. I called him Del Harris before, which is fine, he will probably be here for a bit, but he’s not likely the guy to lead us to greatness. Then again he might if LeBron or PG and Cousins come, anyone could coach them to success if Spoelstra, Blatt, and Lue can. In the meantime I can only hope the FO can get some help for the roster, because while Luke isn’t great, we lack talent badly and are too young to overcome that.

How about this for Lonzo the Dutiful Son? "Pop keep all your personality and freedom of speech opinions. Stay who you've always been. But I'm a man now .... no longer in HS or college so please keep my place of employment and what we're trying to do here out of it. PLEASE. Or else." This has become totally b*** s*** with this MFer.
