well based on current situations that magic/mgt sorta created, i dont expect much....nothing wrong with wsnting to see how this mgmt will deal with adversity, they say they have plan b, c, etc. why should i mind if pg stays in okc? am i suppose to be disappointed he wouldn't want to join a 20 win team?

I think Weezy explained it perfectly.

i want them to succeed, but at least if they fail, we can all move forward from the 20XX plan and just start trying to field a competitive basketball team.

If the success of our 2018 FA plans heavily relies on acquiring PG, we're screwed royally. I think what he's trying to say is to see what realistic plan B does Magic have without PG in it. If there's none, makes me question why not go for it when there was a small window of opportunity.

Flip side is we wouldn't have gotten to see Kuzma in a Laker uniform. Now we have 3 untouchables.

    Oh wait... Hmmm...

2019 plan is already an opt per magic, so these 20xx plan wont be changing just yet

So it'd be fun to see us fail, just to see what Magic would do?

I don't consider that fun. I'd rather just succeed so we can all bask in the success of the franchise. I'd much rather Magic, Rob, and Luke come out the other side 100% successful from this horrible adventure we've been on the last few years.

I don't really understand why anyone would really want something different. Wouldn't it be better if we won?

In the meantime, PG will miss tonight's game against the Bucks. Hope they lose miserably. They're catching up too fast.

Only positive I see from striking out in FA (yet again), is that we can finally stop going for the whole swing for the fences strategy in FA.

And settle for a couple of signings that we can for sure get, right? I heard Deng and Mozgov might be available to sign.

Um no, there is a middle ground between Lebron and Loul Deng in FA. Also, the problem at the time, was Deng and Mozgov were given long contracts at their given age.

yeah, i actually didn't have a problem with mozdeng save for the length of the deals. they represented a step forward, imo, from the 20xx plans. but we're back, baby!

Yeah. I’ve been critical but I want the plan to work. We’ve all suffered more than enough.

C'mon now Kareem. He's held out the longest and been the most consistent but LLLLLeBron is like a giant black hole devouring all headed our way. Until he goes to Huston. Then sirron will look back and be ashamed he wavered.

Until PG signs a contract with another team in 2018, I'm keeping my hopes up and high. We're taking him and everything else in the olan will follow.

    He's our freakin STEP 1.

    No one conceded

Just saying how much this All sucks

When you don’t want to even watch your team play, you start comparing it to dry heaves while watching them play.

    And that makes Billy sad
