Hey it was a bang-bang play.. Luke got scared Lavar was gonna punk him again lmao. Jk. But naw im okay with it... Hope next time BI,Kuz or Lonzo get the ball to Sprint down.
There's 5 seconds and plenty of time to win the game. If he gives that ball up, there's a good chance he gets a pass back for a wide open shot. Instead he forced it against 2-3 defenders. It was just a dumb play for him. If he had to do it all over, I'm sure he'd do it differently.
I don’t want him back. I love his defense and his steals, but he’s incredibly selfish, doesn’t have any court vision, and takes the absolute worst shots. He’s not just a little streaky either, he’s the definition of streaky. 1 FOR 10 from three tonight, I thought I was legitimately going to pop a vein.
This guy is just playing for his contract. Worst shots like Weezy said above and he thinks he's the number one option out there. Kuzma should have taken those shots. Failure again to get the best offensive player on the Lakers the ball again in crunch time. Nooo .... it's KCP laughably attempting hero ball. Again.
Just brick after brick from outside. I'm sorry, but if he's going to play that badly we need to just play Josh Hart instead. At least Josh goes to the basket and tries to make things happen; not to mention Josh passes the ball twice as much.
there are times it definitely feels he's out playing just for his next contract, and will take as many crunch time shots as possible, good or bad, to try to prove his worth to an open market Not fun to watch when it isn't going well
At some point the fact he never get benched for his terrible decisions isn't going to sit well with the young players who get benched after their 1st mistake
KCP is like Clarkson with 50% more defensive ability and 50% less offensive ability (but he doesn't realize that last part)
He was terrible tonight. I'd rather see Josh Hart get his minutes. I know the plan all along was to let him and Lopez go, but I thought maybe one of them would play well enough this season to at least give us pause to think on it. Right now I want them both gone for sure.
The more games I see the more KCP and Clarkson just stick out as guys who really don't fit the mold here.
