I'm saying he deserved a fair chance to start. Like Nance got. Julius hasn't started one single game and there have been opportunities. Or at least be the first guy off the bench at the 5 or 4 in a true D. Green role with constant 30+ minutes a game. Give Kuz additional minutes at the 3 and find more minutes for BI if it cuts down on his minutes at 2 or even the point once in awhile. Play your best Guys. Not f***** with Julius's playing time and the head games / shorter leash than everyone else. He's has a couple big games in a row and people come back to the bandwagon but a breeze comes up and hits their wet finger in the air and it ain't no big deal now if we lose him. I really disagree on that and predict we're going to hate seeing what he turns into once he's gone and improves into his prime years. Because we "had" him and let him go.

People can paint whatever picture they'd want, but the situation with Julius is fluid. The FO did not expect Julius to be this good as a defender or as a backup C. Nor did they expect the #27 pick to look like their future PF. Nor did they expect inconsistency from all of our other bigs, most notably Lopez and Zubac. As it stands, our C rotation would be a travesty without Randle.

Now, the FO seems to be mishandling Randle's free agency the same way Luke is mishandling his minutes. Constant miscommunication and the punching bag treatment won't allow the FO to negotiate a bargain. If they are keeping him around as an insurance policy for LLLLLL/George, they are playing a dangerous game imo.

Good reading comprehension and come back.

More accurately the same chance to start some games and play with our best players like Nance got.

Nothing but props for tonight's game. He was a huge part of that 23 point comeback. He got screwed by the refs and they're treating KD like some defensive god. Randle was fantastic tonight, hope he builds on tonights game going forward.

He had great, great moments and then some moments that reminded me why some fans don't like him at all. He fell asleep more than once in transition defense and let Jordan "Hot Shot Rookie Gets Lucky Landing Spot on the Defending Champs" Bell beat him down the floor. That can't happen. He also telegraphs his moves offensively in the post. He really only uses the drop step to his left hand and tries to vary his angle, but that's not good enough against a good defensive team which is why he was "blocked' (often fouled) by Golden State.

Still, when he plays with energy like he did tonight, it's contagious and he was absolutely one of the big reasons for our comeback. He and Kuzma on the court together is a whirlwind of activity and it can put teams off balance.

One of the only players with a positive +/-

Had 21/10 in 24 minutes, but got swatted A LOT

He’s going to be an interesting decision for the Lakers to make.

A couple mental lapses on D, and he has to stop going 1 on 3 under the hoop, but aside from that he can score in bunches and defend very well. Hate how the refs treat him though, some really weak fouls called on him in the first half, he’s not allowed to even use his strength to the fullest.
