Unbelievable game. We don’t win if he doesn’t get the start. 38 points on 17 shots. 7-10 on threes, effortless, so much confidence. He’s untouchable. He also needs to stay in the starting lineup. I don’t know how many tests are needed to confirm that, it’s obvious now.
When I saw Kuz in Summer League I knew it was a great pick. I knew he’d be very solid and a potential starter. What I didn’t know is he’d be looking like a future star in this league. His jump shot is silky smooth. He’s been unselfish. He plays without the ball well. Great feel for the game and basketball IQ. Still growing defensively, but man you have to be impressed how this kid continues to produce at this high level. He’s only getting better. Figured he’d hit a wall, but he really hasn’t. His confidence is only growing too. He’s shooting with confidence. He’s putting the ball on the floor. He’s progressing into a legit go to option. Just an incredible, incredible find.

He’s right there. Offensively, he’s definitely more refined than Simmons, but Simmons also has the passing edge as well and they have a record above .500 (even though it is the Leastern Conference.)
