He had two charges I think last night. I remember at least one I could see coming from half-court. It was awful.

Randle has been very good as an on ball defender... Like it when he does not give up when he gets beat off the drive and goes for the block. I believe Randle had two or three of them last night.
his off ball d has gotten a lot better this year, too, imo. to be fair, it had nowhere to go but up. still, progress is better than no progress. speaking of, his offense still makes me cringe at least thrice a game. i don't see a lot of improvement there. he's gradually going away from his right hand again (after showing some promise there early), and he's back to pumpfaking his way out of good shots left and right.
The one where he decided to attempt to murder Blake Griffin with is shoulder was especially cringe-worthy.
I don't necessarily mind running a jerk like Griffin over, but if you do it then land on him and grind him into the wood a bit. Bruise him up like the good old days. When Fisher leveled Scola, he didn't pretend he didn't want to do it and he helped set a tone. Don't run at Griffin, run through him, step on him, land on him, and teach him to stop that nonsense flop act. Don't half measure it!
Funny, I was thinking that last night after Griffin sort of drew that offensive foul on Randle... If you are going to get a charge, might as well get the most out of it. Still thinking like a linebacker I see...
