In the first half the Wizards were generally small out there with Kelly Oubre as their PF. Nance punished him early (as he should) and then gained confidence from there. Very good game from him. The way the offense started is the same basic blueprint as I've been begging for: Lopez down low, cutters, and when Lopez goes up for the shot, Larry crashes with everyone else getting back on defense.

Good game. Keep it up and keep being the consummate teammate/professional.

How did you manage to see the game with getting out of Dodger Stadium so late? After "cutting the cord" and no DVR. Just highlights in our Media section before they get taken down?

I lucked out with a YouTube stream that was still functional on Reddit. It doesn't happen every game though.

You were watching in real (aha .... real... get it?) time while still at the ballpark or were able to time shift somehow?

Zo and Kuz deserve the love, but they get plenty with Laker fans.

Meanwhile my dude keeps his head down and is gritty AF. Keep doing you, even tho its not sexy enough to get any notice from the majority.

^^^ I like Junior, but he's gotta learn how to shoot. He does everything else. Can play the fast game or d up in the slow down game. Garbage man like a Rambis or Horry. Just needs to hit that 15 to 18 footer.

Yeah, I want improvement there too...but not everybody is offensively gifted or has that scorer's mentality. As long as he makes up for it in other areas (leads the team in rebounds and steals), I'm completely fine with LNJ as long as the effort is there. Plus, offense is overrated, IMHO. I've been complaining about the NBA being soft AF with all the inflated 2K video game offensive efforts. I want that grimy defensive mentality of yesteryear to come back in the worst way.

He's playing well right now, that's for sure. I like the Rambis comparison.

He's not a starting PF on a playoff team, but if/when we sign a bunch of guys this summer he'll make an excellent bench big for us. I like that he's becoming our enforcer out there. If he gains that edge, he's going to start drifting towards true competitiveness. I like the way he's developing.

As of today, I'm not curbing his minutes for Randle, I'm probably curbing Lopez a bit.

Hustled for that ball by diving for it... Can't measure that. Had a nice high low game with Lopez for a pair of scores. Nance is great for this team as he is really devoid of ego. Flexing his biceps as homage to Randle who bulldozed someone in the game.

Nance's J looks too flat. He can hit that straight away shot. Saw some of that last season. Just needs to take it...have confidence.

i've been on board since preseason. he won the starting pf spot with his physicality, effort, and hoop iq. some of our other players could learn from him.

Nance doing what coach did when we got Ariza. This, among other things, is why you don't ever trade Nance.

Nice get Serena. That's cool to hear. Could be something building with this squad. Anyone notice the D the last 3 games?
