He's a little reliant on his height as well. Needs to put some Mamba Mentality into that shot.

Nudge the defender with the shoulder to create some space, and fade away Kobe style for extra clearance.

I only advocated for maybe bringing him off the bench in a 1, 2, 3 potent combo with Clarkson and Nance and 2nd string/small ball center lineup, if we could move Kuz and Randle to the starting lineup for needed offense. Right now at this point in time.

He is looking better; I see the flashes. After 5 years of losing, I tend to get very impatient, but he is getting there.

i didn't look at the box score, but i thought this was definitely his best game of the season. great job getting in the passing lanes, some good individual defense, only forced things if he got the catch when the shot clock was low, grabbed some boards. this is the kind of game he needs to be playing every night, and it's possible.

Missed the game, but Chook's highlights how the most natural scoring I've seen from him. The game looked easy out there compared to him trying to iso force things.

Of course, all I'm seeing are highlights. Was the iso game not pushed last night?

There were a few iso plays, clearly there was more flow, more rhythm, and it was good to see Ingram play more within the confines of the offense and just allowing the game to come to him rather than force it.

he struggled early with some TOs (1 or 2 were bogus), but he kept it together and played a great all around game

Still can't believe how much you give up to cut the cord from cable or sat. Isn't there some bottom tier with network channels plus whatever Spectrum Sports Net package is in that is pretty cheap? Just asking.

I have a problem myself and it seems to be just Lakers games on Sports Net when I time shift. I like to time shift and be able to zip past the commercials .... all basketball all the time... it's great. Except Game Time is a blast and I can't share that with you guys when I do.

But on my DirecTV DVR that can record 4 HD channels at once, frequently now on the replay it is constantly garbling for 3-8 seconds or more sometimes all the way through the game. Stopping or backing up or fast forwarding doesn't fix it when it is doing that. The garbled sections are just lost. I asked my wife last night if she ever sees this on any of her programs she records and she said she didn't believe so.

Why just my Lakers? Why ....Whyyyyyyyy .... best Nancy Kerrigan "wail" conjured. Does anyone else have DirecTV and ever experience this garbling and glitching on recorded Lakers games?

Well the real culprit is the Dodgers. I'm only able to stream one game at a time on my tv and I'm picking the World Series.

After tonight I'll be able to watch more of the games.
