When you're 6'11" with gogo gadget arms and playing defense on SF 's in the post...

not picking on you, LT, but i'm wondering why folks are fussing over the height. i mean, his height is fine as it is. it's not like there was a moment last season when i was like...if only he were an inch taller, he'd be awesome!

glad to hear they're focusing on shooting and explosiveness, as those were problem areas last year. i still think kawhi leonard should be the model for him. he turned into a good shooter through hard work, and though their physical profiles are different (strength!), the manner in which they do (leonard) or could (ingram) impact games is really similar, imo.

Yeah, who cares about the height, I'm more concerned with this "KD clone" business. Man F Durantula! Weak a** in a Charmin league. For all the ish that LaBron gets, dude goes to new locations and makes everybody around him better leading to Finalsa appearances and 'chips. Meanwhile, Durant-U-Lame couldn't elevate Russ in OKC and go get some 'chips with that man. And Russ is a bad dude, especially in this Charmin league. I don't care if you can't get along with the guy, look at what Bron and Irving did...look at what Shaq and Kobe did. You elevate each other, and KD can't do that...instead he goes to the team that downed him and already had superb team chemistry without him and then goes and wins a title with those guys. He didn't elevate those Warriors, he merely rode on their coattails.

So in terms of Ingram...lets not disrespect the man. BI is his own man and KD he is not! Thank God!

P.S. Some of you can't stomach Bron's twitter sub-tweets....well better that than making a secret account to talk in the 3rd person to defend your weak a** against trolls on the internet. Goddamn Durant-U-Lame bruh! Title change in 3...2...

    Re: Durant Clone-

I never believed this was a good comparison as a player and I still don't. Kawhi is a much better player comp and the comp we should all really be hoping for anyway. Body-type-wise, yes, I can definitely see a lot of Durant physically in Ingram (although KD is actually a bit thicker), but I think it's a disservice if we picture Ingram as KD because he's unlikely to ever be that type of scoring threat. I'd love a well-rounded, All-Defensive team type of player though.

yeah, i meant to say it this way as well. look-alike isn't play-alike. he plays more like leonard.

i am quite curious to see how seriously he takes the defensive end this year. we haven't heard as much about that from him and/or his trainers.

but he'll never be a kd type scorer. no shame, as there's been like, 7 of them, ever.

I was listening to John Ireland and Mychal Thompson interviewing Luke, Rob, and Jeannie. Luke's praise for Ingram was great to hear and heartwarming. Luke said earlier in the interview about the players building habits of success; and toward the end of the interview when Ireland asked about Ingram, Luke said Ingram started building those habit last year and that Ingram loves to work. Luke added that Ingram took his habit to another level this year, being in the gym every day at the same time, even on the holidays. That young man's work ethic is incredible!

You mean Durant length? Cause if you were to choose the better physique, Leonard has Durant beat easily
