Glad that its just a fine of $500k, we have the kind of money to just pay it and go forth. But I'm also mad because there was a fine at all. I'm going to be echoing a bit here but every team does the same thing. CP3 and the Rockets, Hayward and Bos, Lebron and Miami, KD and the Warriors, etc etc. But everyone just likes to use us as the punching bags. Screw everyone else, I feel a championship run coming soon for us and it will be absolutely sweet to rub it in every other team's faces. I'm slowly willing to open the door for Lebron (you heard it here first folks) just to accelerate matters. And if Dan Gilbert or other small market owner wants to screw with our plans next summer, I'm with Real here, push the destruct button.

We should boo their players and coaches when we play them in Staples. I know it's not the players fault but maybe it would make other players less likely to go to the Pacers if they have another team choice.
Is this charge really that surprising? When Rob and Magic were assembled, their competitive advantages were sold as Rob being the agent connect and having a mastery of the CBA. Magic was obviously the connect for players. Don't mean to make this sound like a Power or Miami Vice episode, but it was going to happen sooner or later. I just thought they would smooth their way into it and not bring attention starting with Kimmel's show.
