side note, I'd take swaggy back after this upcoming season once we sign those supposed 2 max guys, techincally still dont have a servicable backup 3 thats instant offense at the moment. I would easily give him the same 2-3yr MLE $ we gave him the 1st time around.
I took basically nothing from that except that when Randle wanted to be, he was the best player on the floor which he of course should be.
I know its just the Drew League but Randle just received player of the game honors while putting up 28 points and 18 rebounds.
I was actually thinking earlier im looking forward to seeing him play. Hoping coming off the bench can result in a positive. Knows the system by now..just gotta hope he wants to contribute and maybe getting on the court with lonzo and the boys can wake him up .
I would hope so. I'd be more impressed if someone said he went 5/6 from deep or something in the game.
from what I saw in some of the footage I recognized about 4-5 NBA players. That league has grown in popularity in recent years. Its just not just a bunch of wannabes. With all that said outside of all the nba players that play in it, I still think the nba summer league as a whole has more talent and more competitive.
If that's the game we're hearing about, it's a solid one from Randle. When he wanted to turn it on, it became obvious his skill level was higher than the player's he was playing against. Pretty embarrassing to get dunked on by some nobody, but Julius won I guess so... I just liked seeing some step-backs go in.
But great to see him lay it up with the right hand after the both hands dribbling break-a-way in that one highlighting gif. Oh wait ..... NO2:
Still don't like those hand off passes. Still don't know how he's not getting called for an illegal screen on those. Oh well...
