    I actually thought his defense was okay but I did miss some of the game and have looked at no stats.

    Ball had drives into the paint where he could have taken the shot but chose to hit players on the perimeter for shots. I'd like for him to be a bit selfish but...

    ball's crappy debut is a good thing

    it'll make him and everyone else realize that he's got tons of work to put in and that he's not going to start dropping 3s and making no-look passes from day 1. the potential is there and i'm sure he realizes that he's got a lot to work on

    there are zero distractions this coming season. no farwell tour, no draft pick we might lose. this whole season is going to be a chance for the kids to make the necessary adjustments to have success in the NBA

    Dude is a big DLo homer. I butted heads with him many a times. I told him DLo was a SG after a few games in his rookie season and was told I didn't know what I was talking about.

    I admired the way Lonzo answered these questions. Honest, to the point. He did not avoid blame, in fact, went out of his way to own up to a sub par game. Reinforced his desire to win, and gave the press little to bite on. He seemed strong in his answers and he will be good at deflecting the presses angles. I know we have been told to stop with the DAR comparisons, but idc, it was the opposite to the tone and vibe of DAR. Looking forward to the next game. Feel the debut was not so Vander Blue that it can't be improved upon.

    There is absolutely no statistical correlation between SL and career. Don't care.

    Wanted him to blow everyone away so they shut up. This way is good too -- makes him work harder.
