I wouldn't doubt a GM that just traded an overpaid role player and poor looking rookie for a top 10 player lol
Or the other team didn't care and wanted to send their player to the boonies for the next yr? Btw what's with your love for OKC all of a sudden. You realize Presti saddled the team with crap contracts in Kanter and Adams. He dumped one today in Oladipo
I'm not, I'm just saying Presti is good GM, he didn't make this trade without follow ups. We'll just have to see what that may turn out to be and again read what I said, it doesn't gurantee PG stays, I just dont think a GM makes this sort of trade and thinks thats it.
First reaction is that this is good. Feel like OKC is one of the least threatening destionations in terms of him staying. I think the mediocre trade package proves that. OKC wins even if it's a rental because they have a better chance at contending this year and got out of Oladipo's contract. And if George does re-sign with OKC, that's so much more tolerable than if he were to do the same with Boston or Cleveland. Also it is vindicating to see Pritchard settle for such a weak offer. Makes me feel better about our efforts to trade for him because this proves Pritchard was just being a douche who was never gonna trade with us.
The "tamale lady" ?? Are they going to Jedi mind trick PG too that he's thrilled to spend next 3-4 years in the state of Oklahoma?
didn't say its enough to get him to reup but as Dlo says "control what you can control" lol....OKC got him for yr, let see what they do with him.
If they couldn't get it done with KD, they won't get it done by adding PG. Unless they pull some other trade to improve drastically. See you on the Lakers next year PG!
This is a joke trade right? I mean this is the definition of cutting your nose off to spite your face. That's it It's also nice how OKC can get another star with an average offer. Heaven forbid the Lakers make a trade like that, the world would explode. Ohh yea that already happened. Bias is real folks.
