My nightmare scenario. Let's revive the "John Wall trying to get PG to the Wiz" talks from yesterday.

Sucks, but there really isn't anything we can do about it if Indy is hellbent on not dealing with us. I'm not giving up Ingram or Ball, and that's what they want.

Agreed. And yet I keep coming back to "Why exactly did we sell so low on D'Angelo if we didn't have a PG trade lined up again??"

    I mean, Russ must've been a flat-out locker room cancer in Magic's & Rob's eyes. Eesh.

Prepare for the worst, hope for the best.

As long as PG doesn't agree to an extension the C Bags will not trade for him. I have a good feeling he will not commit and the Lakers will eventually get the final call to what our leverage offer will be. But not now I believe during free agency period.

No matter what way we argue it, the C Bags have the assets to trade for PG that we can't compete with without giving up Ball/Ingram.

I have this sick feeling in my stomach a deal of just Bradley, Tyler Zeller (Expiring, needed as part of deal to match salaries) +Jaylen Brown or Tatum will get it done.

The thought process from the C bag's point is that Bradley's contract expires next year too and they will have to give out a big contract to him. I don't think they are willing to do that so their mentality would be it's either a 1 year rental of PG with hopes he resigns or lose Bradley anyway next year.........

The reality is until George signs an extension in Boston (assuming the deal gets done), we're still alive.

Magic, but more importantly I think Rob Pelinka, wouldn't make these moves without assurances from somewhere. They've made it clear that they're not operating under an assumption, they've been told multiple times don't trade for Paul George. If things change once Paul is in Boston, they change, but for now we're doing everything we've been told.

It was minutes ago that there was a report that Paul George was recruiting guys to LA before he even got there. Got to stay patient.

If he gets to the C's with Hayward, he isn't leaving.

    IMO.

I think @thkthebest is tweaking it because certain posters have started attaching a** to other words which bypasses the filter. It's also bleeping out assets. :D

why not? Hayward and Utah crew barely got pass a clipper team with no Griffin, Pg/Hayard with that midget IT isn't going to beat Clev in its current state either. Also there's alot of manuevering Bos has to do to free up that cap to get PG to sign the ext. I dont even think they get Hayward, Griffin maybe

LOL. This will get fixed, this is a glitch due to having to adjust for new words being tossed out there in recent days like "a**clown".

IF this happen, it wasn't meant to be....dont get suckered Magic/Rob into this circus. IF Pg extends with Bos then he never really wanted to be here, he just wanted out of Indy.
