I will admit that I have not watched Brook a lot but I'm sure he'll grow on me. In that compilation video, he looks huge next to some legit big men in Drummond, KAT, Monroe and Vucevic. Plays like a very skilled guard.

I believe he adds a game or two. He's a reliable option offensively in a way we haven't had since Kobe was a young 32 years old. Brook is a legitimate 20 ppg scorer who can be relied on a nightly basis to fill it up. We had nothing like that last year. The closest was probably D'Angelo and he really wasn't a reliable option on a nightly basis.

I thought Lopez started shooting 3s earlier than last season but I am flabbergasted!!!

Last season he made 134/387 (35%)

Previously .... over 8 seasons 3/31 WOW this guy got good quick! Or he always had it in him since he's been a career 80% ft shooter.

Hey anyone needing some pain relief over DAR maybe just relax and watch these highlights of Brook carefully. Color me impressed, never seen a Brook compilation to be able to see rapid fashion over and over the skills, coordination, size and athleticism he's going to bring. I am more excited to see him in our offensive and defensive rotation next year now than I would have been watching likely DAR's progression / inconsistencies and now drama. We are loaded at the C position with Zu and Black for whatever's needed. Lopez playing with tall Ingram and Ball who are going to be great passers both. Randle will kill it with all that space. God I hope he is here.

From what I recall watching Lopez, offensively he's Tim Duncan lite. The problem is on the other end. He's dreadfully bad defensively and he can't board.

It's as if his brother Robin got all the defensive genes and Brook got all of the offensive genes. If you could combine them you'd have yourself a solid big man.

He is a big upgrade from Mozgov, but it's not too difficult to be better than a stiff that's good at nothing.

If he can continue to stay and get into better shape I'm really optimstic about his potential with our starting lineup. But we need to keep Randle because he would be perfect next to Brook.

Brook is a very good offensive center. Developed a three point shot. Great in the low post and good footwork. Can pick and pop as well as roll. Should be a good fit with Lonzo Ball.

how do I we manage the C spot if Lopez is indeed part of the Pg package? Is there any avg-good C out there in FA that would take a 1 yr big contract deal?

Well the only other appealing name to me is Bogut and he's got injury issues too.
