    there is definitely something we don't know about in regards to d-lo

    but still, it just sucks to see a young guard get traded away for one year of brook lopez. just go out and get PG already. i'd assume they wouldn't give up the #2 pick but at this point you just don't know

    I really don't know; the last 2 years soured on me with Russell. There was something amiss; whether that'd be due to youth, character defects or a combination of, I don't know (I'm not perfect mind you), but well I'm not certainly happy with the deal; I'm happy that Russell gets to go somewhere with less pressure and prove himself.

    This makes perfect sense if the picks are used to bring in PG now & Brooks contract clears more Cap Space for next Summer..

    We need to see how this plays out..
    I for one had low expectations for DLO's development.

    Maybe the trade wasnt about DLo for them and they just really valued cap space? If so, it cant be just for the vague hope of getting lbj and George in 2018, right? Right?!...

    I just signed up to talk about this trade and like many others on here I don't like it. Moz's expiring is a no brainer but an up and coming player like Russ for Lopez? So we get rid of Lopez and that leaves us with no real value.....but....but we can TRY and get PG13 and Lebron.

    I rather keep the core and see how it plays out then go out and get Lebron James, an aging version of Lebron too.

    We will just have to wait and see.
