My guess on whats going on: - Lakers are offering Clarkson, Black or Brewer (expirings), 28 + future 1st - Pacers counter they will accept that but want 2 1st rounders for Thursday. - Prompting the Lakers to scour the league for another 1st to package. Unfortunately they don't have any assets to get another 1st rounder. They may have to include Nance or try to find a team willing to give a 1st for Nance.
I agree. When we started hearing Cavs wanting Butler I assume PG to Cavs was dead. I don't see anyone else wanting a 1 year rental.
Jc, 28th pick and a protected future 1st rounder sounds like the most fair deal they'll get out of us, since he's leaving them anyways. The pacers should take this deal and run
Pincus (Emplay) says Randle, Dangelo, and PG13 all have the same agent and wants them in LA together. So yes, Time is probably right that we don't include Randle.
Since this is going to be suggested a few dozen more times: Rob is NOT going to give up any of #2, Russell, or Randle to get PG13.
Plus there's no way we trade the 2 for George, and Magic has already declared Ingram as our best prospect and pretty much untouchable. So..yeah, not a whole lot of options here.
No way! Ingram is untouchable remember? They are getting pennies on the dollar or we'll gladly just wait until he's a free agent next year
Honestly I hate to give up anything other than Clarkson, the 28th, Brewer, Black, MAYBE Nance but only because of his style of play lending itself to injury. I don't want to trade Zubac when the kid is already so polished and barely dropping his baby fat. None of Ingram, Russell, Randle, or the #2 are even on the table for me, we are in the driver's seat here.
