Tried any other speeds? See .... maybe that's your trailblazing next step in sports media. The customizable Lakers Gif. You offer a drop down to pick speed of the movement?

I mean.... LOL .... picture JR above swinging in the usual slow motion of his workout clips footage. Better yet with that expression of pain .... super slow mo.

OK I'm done. For awhile. Bring on the Ball and Fox workout footage (that they'll allow us to see). Or are they going to get only the same run up and down the floor to the 3 pt line and take a shot drill as everyone else? Bet they get a lot more than that. Did these other guys? I guess the drill shows a lot about where a player is with a lot of factors and you can do a number of guys in a short period of time? Maybe there was other stuff too and just not letting the outside see everything.

If we keep #2... we need two of our 4 players to legitimately emerge into a LEGIT status of being a trade asset.

maybe have them do some post-ups against some chairs or something? after that, you're pretty well set.

I don't know that farmer's carry is going to make him bulk up, but it's a good strong man exercise. i have no problem with that exercise for him.

As long as he's in a caloric surplus, he'll bulk up. Keep eating BI.

I just hope he's careful. Too much weight too fast is how injuries happen. Ingram's body transformation should be a two year project, not a 3 month eating/workout binge.

I wish I could post a link to Gunnar's interview this morning. He won't do what you're afraid of.

The team is bringing in a nutritionist who will work off of player's blood samples to give them a highly specialized and unique diet plan. Some people need more potassium than others, etc and this type of diet will highlight those needs.

He talked about giving them specific workouts that replicate the metabolic needs of the players during the season. They're working them out hard right now in order to prepare their bodies for the demands of 82 games. That means conditioning while building muscle which is often counter-intuitive for us laymen. Usually in order to build muscle, you have to gain weight to move the weight. They're not as concerned with that. They'll refuel their bodies with the proper foods so that they can build strength and still lose fat. Their main goal is muscular endurance and strength. Ingram might never get much bigger, especially his upper body, but he'll get much stronger this summer. I think this is also calls the end of Randle being as big as he is. He'll never be small, but he generally carries extra weight on his big frame.

I'd love to go through the workout plan with Gunnar in person. I want to hear the individual workouts he has planned. I think what you're seeing in that video is a good start though: that workout challenges your balance, your core, and obviously your grip. It's a good starting point for a guy with his body type. Gunnar is also having him move slowly so he doesn't hurt himself and so that Gunnar can get an idea of Ingram's gait, movement, and kinetic chain.

If there's any player that I think that will have Kobe's work ethic, it's BI.

He's loading his shot from in front of his face now - as opposed to off to the side.

great observation. There has always been something "off" about his shot even though you could tell he had nice touch and mechanics. For his length, his jumpshot was surprisingly easy to block. I think this adjustment will help him get the shot off under duress and also be more consistent.
